New concept of integrating an existing Ikea store and adjacent 17 years old shopping mall. Project with many constraints features an impressive central mall concourse with inverse-vauletd ceiling, rooftop garden and a cinema complex. Two new entrance atria with vertical garden introduce a new and higher standards to a suburban mall. Total added GFA is 45 000 m².
